Who are you feeding? Albino Corn Snake

Excellent product and excellent customer service

This is my second time ordering from LayneLabs and I have been very impressed with the quality of their feeder mice, and the packaging that they come in. My main reason for writing this review is to comment on the customer service I received with my latest order. For some reason, my order took a week to arrive with the expected delivery date being changed three times. This was wholly due to the shipper and no fault of LayneLabs. My mice arrived thawed out and at room temperature. I contacted customer service to inquire about getting a replacement order and if I needed to file a complaint with the shipper. Within 5 minutes, Susan C. had responded informing me that a new order was being shipped overnight and provided me with the new tracking number. I want to say thank you to Susan and the rest of the staff at LayneLabs for the fast response and having my replacement order in my hand in less then 48 hours.
