Preparation and Feeding Instructions:

Do not handle reptile before offering feeder.
Always feed reptiles separately.
Place rodent bag in warm water until thawed. Do not microwave.
When completely thawed, grasp the feeder with tongs and present to reptile.
Feeding response may be encouraged by wiggling rodent.
Release feeder when reptile strikes and acquires.
Avoid the risk of bites: Always wash hands after handling feeder rodents.
Never prepare or store frozen feeders where human food is prepared, stored, or consumed.

Who are you feeding? Hognose snakes

First time issue, years long customer.

I placed an order about 10 days ago. I got notification that the order had shipped. All as usual. Then we had a freak snow storm hit (1-3 inches of Oregonian snowmageddon) Tracking showed my 25 sm mice, and 10 hoppers circling somewhere in Portland for 2 days. Once the order showed up, I nervously ripped it open. Only to find 35 soft, no longer frozen meals. Luckily I had 1 meal for each snake left. Fed critters and shot off a quick email. First reply said no need to return thawed meals, and a full credit was issued. No questions, no "are you suuuure it wasnt still frozen. Nothing. Just fixed the issue and apologized. Super stellar customer service experience in my opinion. I have been a customer for years and have never had issues. You may pay slightly more with these guys than competitors, but there is a reason. Their products and customer service very much reflect any elevated pricing value, way beyond any higher cost.

Who are you feeding? Eastern Milk Snakes

High quality rodents

I have found Layne Labs to be the best source of feeder mice for my Milk Snakes. Their products have always been of high quality, are well packaged, and shipped quickly. Layne Labs is the best I've used, by far.

Who are you feeding? Baby Hognose snake

Pinky’s for Hognose snake

Accurate size without fur did not come squished and came very frozen. Some of the pinkies are broken I should say but not many!
