Preparation and Feeding Instructions:
- Do not handle reptile before offering feeder.
- Always feed reptiles separately.
- Place rodent bag in warm water until thawed. Do not microwave.
- When completely thawed, grasp the feeder with tongs and present to reptile.
- Feeding response may be encouraged by wiggling rodent.
- Release feeder when reptile strikes and acquires.
- Avoid the risk of bites: Always wash hands after handling feeder rodents.
- Never prepare or store frozen feeders where human food is prepared, stored, or consumed.

Best Frozen Rodents Available
I stumbled upon Laynelabs after my Python having stomach issues with the frozen rats I was feeding him from a cheaper company. I found out that cheaper isn’t always the best and that it’s the quality of the Rodent that matters as well as the company. Well let me say, Laynelabs excels in both areas. First off the packaging is top notch where the rodents are in a ziplock bag and not on some white styrofoam board like the company I was using. Second, even though the shipping is expensive, it’s worth it as they arrive packaged well and extremely frozen even though I live in NC and they’re based in CA. I’ve read the countless positive reviews from others as well as my own experience and can wholeheartedly recommend this company. Needless to say, my Pythons stomach issues were resolved and he is himself once again and happier than ever. Don’t hesitate, make the purchase, you’ll be glad you did.

Good quality!
I had some issues with my snakes being on a food strike, I switched to layne labs and they started eating again. My snakes have not turned down 1 meal since I started using layne labs! Highly recommend!

Highly Convenient and great price!
The prices are great, they seem to be cheaper than other online stores. The packaging is nice too! Resealable bags, this makes storing so much easier along with the labels on the bags. The rodents are likable by all 3 of my snakes I haven't had one refuse to eat. One thing I would like to see is like a rodent comparison picture for a general idea of size.
