Shipping Information and Policies:
To calculate shipping, simply add items to your cart, go to checkout, and enter your Zip Code. Shipping costs will update automatically. All orders are shipped UPS, Fedex, Common Carrier, or by company truck.

UPS and Fedex Orders:
Orders shipped via UPS or Fedex are packed with dry ice into 2″ molded EPS (Styrofoam) boxes. Orders are shipped either Monday or Tuesday and arrives in 1-2 days.

Common Carrier Orders:
Common Carrier orders refer to large orders weighing over 300 lbs. These orders are packed in cardboard boxes, placed on a pallet and then shipped by refrigerated/frozen truck. You must be in a location that can handle a 53′ truck and trailer. Please call 800.809.9431 for a shipping quote when placing a large volume order.

Company Truck:
Layne Laboratories offers deliveries by our company trucks throughout California. A minimum $15 charge will apply to all local deliveries. Call customer service to see if we deliver to your facility or address.
